is there a way to buy a camo for my sniper or would i be better off just painting it myself where i work?

Ghillie wraps work well to camouflage the gun itself. Most Ghillie suits come with a rifle wrap but you can also buy one individually on a site such as

But painting can also be helpful. You work at a place were painting would be easy but it really won't be affective unless it's painted by a professional.

if u do chose to paint dubble cheack that the paint and foliage match the field or ull stick out

ya i would probably have the boss do it for me and probably paint it a basic woodland colour

id even use some leaves from where ur playin to better outline ur gun
