I was thinking of creating a subdivision of the infantry called First Recon Squad. It would consist of me, david berry, kevin segeil and possibly shane hager as a backup. I would run the squad and teach everyone my way. so they would be on the team and backfire wouldn't have to deal with their Sh**.

Instead of committing to this idea right away , we can run it temporarily and see how that works out. I'll decide to keep it running if things go smoothly with it. The people involved have to show up and be somewhat enthusiastic about playing , unlike in the past. Other things will determine whether the sub-division will live or die but those things will be obvious. I'll give you your squad Reaper, make sure you run it the right way and keep them in line as far as playing airsoft the right way. Make sure they are still aware that even though you are there squad leader , you are still the second in command even in this squad. There may be times where I would have to use First Recon Squad (FRS) and combine it with the full squad.

No . That was some of the negatives about this idea. I'm not going to let it happen if it is going to be a competition. This isn't another team being created, It's a sub-unit or division.
